The 5th Annual Biofuels Beltway March is scheduled for March 13-14, 2013
March 13-14, 2013, ethanol advocates from around the country will meet in Washington, DC to visit with Congressional offices, bringing an important message - the RFS is working. Ethanol benefits consumers, decreases our dependence on foreign oil, and plays a critical role in the future of our nation's energy independence.
Participants will meet for a morning briefing on March 13th where ACE staff will update them on any major topics of interest and give them a chance to ask question to prepare for their meetings on Capitol Hill. ACE staff will also schedule all meetings with Congressional offices - each participant will be assigned a group of 2-4 people from their region and provided with a list of scheduled meetings. All you need to do is show up!
Participants are requested to arrange their own travel and accommodations - ACE will arrange meetings and prepare all materials for your meetings.
Contact ACE at sgustafson@ethanol.org or 605-334-3381 ext. 16 if you are interested in joining grassroots ethanol advocates at the next DC Fly-In.
