ACE releases Ethanol Today magazine 2018 editorial calendar

Sioux Falls, SD (December 7, 2017) – The bimonthly industry trade magazine Ethanol Today, published by the American Coalition for Ethanol (ACE), has released its lineup of themes and sponsorship opportunities for 2018. The publication’s themes cover a wide range of topics, including ethanol-related priorities and races in the 2018 election; market and infrastructure development for E15 and higher ethanol blends; the low carbon benefits of ethanol; industry trade issues; the future of high octane ethanol blends; plant technology, innovation and product diversification; and much more. Ethanol Today focuses on providing timely, in-depth information about the people, policies and issues that drive ethanol in America.

In 2017, Ethanol Today recruited an editorial advisory board of ethanol industry representatives to provide feedback on content published within the magazine. The board also helped curate themes and topics for the coming year.

“Since I began managing the magazine earlier this year, the perspective of the editorial board has proven to be a huge asset when planning what to cover in each issue,” said Katie Fletcher, ACE Communications Director and Editor of Ethanol Today. “The board represents the publication’s readership — the people out in the trenches, immersed in the industry day in and day out — and who better to decide what falls within the pages of a magazine, then the people who read it? Inside industry knowledge is invaluable to a trade publication like this.”

Ethanol Today also provides a variety of affordable advertising and sponsorship opportunities. Potential advertisers can take advantage of the publication’s competitive pricing to elevate their company profile in front of the readers and subscribers of Ethanol Today in 2018. All members of ACE are subscribers to Ethanol Today, falling into the following membership categories: ethanol producer, voting, associate, and individual. In addition to ethanol producers, members include agricultural associations, rural electric cooperatives, businesses that provide goods and services to the industry, small businesses that support ethanol, farmers, investors, and supporters of renewable energy. Ethanol Today is not only circulated to all ACE members, but the magazine makes its way to all U.S. ethanol plants and Capitol Hill offices of each member of Congress.

“Whether you want to reach ethanol plant decision makers or policymakers on Capitol Hill, Ethanol Today provides an opportune platform for you to gain visibility and promote a message,” Fletcher said. “This publication is for the people of the ethanol industry, by the people of the industry.”
