A bipartisan letter signed by 37 senators is being sent to EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy today. The letter urges the EPA to, "Take the opportunity to reverse course from the 2014 proposed rule and craft tragets for domestic biofuels that reflect Congress' intended goals for the RFS."
